Charles Story

Charles came to ITEC after a successful career spanning 20 years that ended due to redundancy. Charles embraced his training opportunity and decided to embark on a new career path.  Opportunity Housing Trust, a large housing support provider gave Charles his first step into support work by offering a placement in one of their Cardiff projects. Charles remained part of the ITEC team as he progressed onto his NVQ qualification. He has recently been offered paid employment and now looks forward to a long fulfilling career with OHT.
