Our Stakeholder Engagement team work closely with our Tutors to ensure that the clients we work with have the vocational skills and qualifications relevant to the needs of the Employer. We can provide bespoke training specific to your organisation to ensure that our clients have the skills that you need in your workforce.

The ITEC Training custom built Vacancy Matching System ensures that the clients are matched to each vacancy dependant on the job goals and skills. The vacancy matching system provides ITEC with the ability to be immediately reactive to both the needs of the employer and the clients.

We have a dedicated Stakeholder Engagement Team who have extensive experience of working with local employers, and will support you in sourcing the right people for your vacancies. Through work placements and providing work based learning, we are adept at ensuring that the clients we work with are up-skilled with the vocational competencies suited to the workforce you require.

 

Work Placements

Skills and Employability Training is aimed at those not currently in employment, offering key employability skills through vocationally focussed qualifications, simulated working environments, work placements and employment with prospective employers. As the Employer, by providing a placement you are able to assist people not in employment in gaining valuable work experience and the opportunity to progress into employment.

 

Vacancy Database

ITEC has developed a Vacancy Matching Database to enhance our chances of finding the right person for the job.

Using specific criteria to match the candidate to the vacancy based on skills required for the role, the candidates preferrred industry sector and job role along with any qualfications that the candidate may have that match those required by the employer.
