Customer Services
This apprenticeship framework is designed to give apprentices high levels of customer service skills which can be transferable across sectors and applied to many job roles.
For a Foundation Apprentice at Level 2 these skills could involve communication and communication channels, building relationships, promoting products/services, record keeping and gathering customer feedback. At Level 3 the skills could involve team leading, improving customer loyalty, gathering and analysing customer feedback and dealing with complaints.
